"I lived on the 1st Floor of the Bigham St apartment for almost 2 years and Maria & Yevgen by far as the greatest! They installed brand new windows and insulated all the piping in the basement and cut my energy bills down to around 100 a month. My gas was around 300 before the new windows were installed. Great Location and awesome apartment....even your own front porch! "

"I live at 116 Bigham and moved in a hurry right before Christmas. Maria and Yevgan were extremely accomodating and flexible with my dates, my dog, and so forth. Once I moved in the place was spotless. They responded so quickly to evey single question and need I had. One afternoon I asked about a lock on the porch door and smoke detectors. Yevgen had them installed and mess cleaned up even before I got home from work! I was only there for a short time but they were amazing and helped me out on neomerous occassions. They will take great care of you and the properties are updated really nicely. I moved to Colorado and my new place is great, but my dog and I already miss our neighbors and that awesome charm and character of 116 Bigham and Mt Washington. Maira and Yevgan I wish you the nest always, you are great people. Thank you for everything."

"We lived with M&Y for a little under two years. Early 2014-2015. We've had several landlords and Maria and Yevgan are easily the best we've encountered. They are super friendly. very responsive and accommodating. We miss them both as people and as landlords (although we are our own landlords now.) We lived in two of their apartments. They were very well maintained, and if there was anything we needed Yevgen was there within a couple hours, they are always a text, call, or email away. We really enjoyed our experience with them and highly recommend renting from them."
